Located 6 miles west of uptown Pagosa Springs, Elk Park Ranches and Elk Park Meadows are gated communities close to amenities with 2 easements to National Forest.  Elk Mark Meadows offers smaller acreages ranging from 4-16 acres, while Elk Park features 35 acres parcels. All have central water, underground power and require individual septic systems.  Owners enjoy National Forest access and wonderful views of Chimney Rock and Broken Off Point.
