Martinez Mountain Estates

Part of the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association, Martinez Mountain Estates offer some larger acreage parcels as well as some small lots along Hatcher Circles.  Some of the larger parcels do require individual septic systems. These parcels allow for horses and some border the National Forest – a great access point for a year-round playground.
