- Consult your Broker on the listing price and ensure you are positioned competitively in the Market.
- De-clutter and touch up your Property for maximum representation in photos and videos.
- Work with your Broker to schedule a “Walk-through Video” which can be used in place of personal showings in the short term.
- Collect and organize all documents and information necessary to close on your property.
- Review all of your paperwork and ensure that any outstanding requirements are in progress or have been met.
