Many clients are asking how they should prepare for showings. Since each seller’s situation is unique, it is important that you speak with your listing Broker to develop the best solution for you.
If you do decide to allow showings of your property during this time, you should discuss with your Broker any specific preferences you have. Additionally, we recommend that Sellers follow CDC guidelines to sanitize their properties before and after showings.
For their part, Galles Properties Brokers and staff will be asking potential buyers and/or showing agents to confirm they do not have cold or flu symptoms prior to viewing the property and to wash or sanitize their hands prior to entering.
