Currently, we have new listings coming on the market, we are seeing new real estate contracts being written and properties continuing to move toward closing.
While in-person buyer activity has predictably slowed at this time, we have a record number of visitors to our website searching for Pagosa Springs real estate, and we are developing new ways to assist potential buyers with their remote search, including video tours, and walk-throughs.
Galles Properties is uniquely set up to work 100% remotely with an internal company Intranet Portal, cloud-based transaction and showing systems and web-based phone/fax capabilities. We are working every day to ensure our buyers and sellers receive the highest level of service, even during these unpredictable times.
In the meantime, the National Association of Realtors® is hard at work campaigning on behalf of Property Owners. They have created a Guide For Homeowners on their website which as some helpful solutions. Another good resource is the Colorado Association of Realtors.
