Durango-La Plata County Airport, located an hour from Pagosa Springs, has announced that beginning in June, 2021, Frontier Airlines will be establishing year-round nonstop service between Durango and Las Vegas, and seasonal nonstop service to Denver International Airport, a popular traveler hub. The added service will provide passengers at the Durango, Colorado airport with a fifth year-round nonstop destination (six over this summer with previously announced DRO-LAX service) and expanded Denver routes.
